This is one of the most listened to pieces of audio I’ve ever created. It is also the episode I have with the most repeat listens. It’s very simple: just me, guiding you through a panic attack as and when it’s happening. What’s happening, why it might be happening and how to move beyond it. I’m moving it over to Substack now as it’s such a valuable piece of content and I want to make sure all of my paying subscribers have it, should they ever find themselves in a tough spot of anxiety. This guide is based on the original, longer audio guide on the same topic which inspired the whole Owning It Real Time series which will be fully accessible on Substack eventually. You can listen to that one here but please note it is such an oldie and the quality isn’t anywhere near as good as the updated one. Still, people LOVED it.
